• A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a puppy.
• Full payment must be completed before pickup or delivery.
• Accepted payment methods will be communicated directly.

2. Ownership Transfer

• Ownership transfers to the buyer once the puppy is delivered or picked up.
• Buyer assumes full responsibility for the puppy after this point.

3. No Breeding Rights (Unless Approved)

All puppies are sold as pet-only unless breeding rights are specifically discussed and approved.

4. Transportation Terms

• Shipping is arranged only after full payment.
• Any travel delays (weather, mechanical, airline restrictions) do not qualify for refunds.
• Safety is always prioritized.

5. Buyer Agreement

By purchasing a puppy from Weimar Pups, the buyer agrees to:

• Provide proper lifelong care
• Never abandon, neglect, or surrender the puppy
• Contact Weimar Pups if rehoming becomes necessary
